These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and bd9io ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bd9io platform, including all games, betting markets, features, and services available at bd9io.pro. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bd9io platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. • You are not self-excluded from gambling platforms or under any court order or regulatory direction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

bd9io reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

When registering your bd9io account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your registration details. bd9io reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Specifically, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your primary login identifier.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password at all times and not share login credentials with any third party.
• Notify bd9io immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access funds under any circumstances.

bd9io employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages, including the login and deposit pages. We offer optional SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is recommended for all accounts and mandatory for accounts holding a balance above a threshold set by our risk team. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

bd9io support staff will never ask you to provide your account password by any means, including live chat, SMS, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

bd9io accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected bank transfers. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Key deposit conditions include:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit, but high-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC verification.
• Deposits are credited to your bd9io wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. bd9io is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• bd9io reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your bd9io account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not verified their identity will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1-4 hours of request approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• bd9io reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where the risk team flags unusual activity patterns.

All bonuses and promotions offered by bd9io are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the individual offer documentation:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• All bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the wagering requirement or rollover) before they can be withdrawn as real money. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30x.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

bd9io VIP programme rewards — including cashback, reload bonuses, and free spins — are subject to the specific VIP tier terms communicated at enrolment and may be updated at our discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

All sports bets placed on bd9io are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules communicated within the betting interface:

• A bet is confirmed only when the system generates a bet slip with a unique reference number. Verbal, chat, or unconfirmed bets have no validity.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours, or declared void by the governing sporting body, bets will be settled according to bd9io's void-event policy, which is to return all stakes to the player's wallet.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. bd9io is not responsible for any odds movement between the time a player initiates a bet and the time the bet is accepted by the system.
• bd9io reserves the right to void any bet, at any time, if it determines that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public, in error due to a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms.

All casino games available on bd9io — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer operations, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of bd9io's systems. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded in bd9io's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. Any malfunction of a game voids all related bets and pays, and affected stakes are returned to the player's wallet. bd9io is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a game or platform malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9io platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including placing deposits or withdrawals structured to avoid financial monitoring thresholds.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or any technical fault in a manner that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Bangladesh law, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or financial crime.

bd9io employs real-time transaction monitoring, behavioural analytics, and third-party fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without notice, and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

All content on the bd9io platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of bd9io or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bd9io trademark, trade dress, and all related marks are the exclusive property of bd9io.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, or distribute any content from the bd9io platform without our express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of bd9io intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9io, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if bd9io has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd9io's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bd9io is committed to responsible gaming and player protection. We enforce a minimum age of 21 years for all accounts. The following tools are available to all account holders at no cost directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds on your account.
• Session time limits — cap the duration of any single gaming session with an automatic logout after a set time.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the bd9io platform operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the bd9io platform shall first be referred to bd9io's customer support team for resolution. bd9io is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor does it, exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Where such mandatory laws require a different governing law or dispute resolution mechanism, those requirements shall prevail over the provisions of this clause to the extent necessary.
